Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time:
We offer standard shipping within the Canada and United States, which typically takes 5-10 business days after your order has been processed. Please note, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any potential delays with the carrier.

Shipping Rates:
We charge a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping on all orders to Canada & United States. For larger or heavier items, additional fees may apply*

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays:

International Shipping:
Currently, we do not offer international shipping to selected countries.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below.

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging. Please contact us at Hello@brillomio.co with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened or used personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

Late or Missing Refunds:
